From the first call to 757, we received an immediate response. Brody came out to the house to do a walk through and was very personable , as well as professional. After some discussion, that very same afternoon, we reached a deal and decided to sell the home. Since this was the home of our deceased father, there was a lot of emotion involved. Brody understood and preceded with understanding. About three weeks later, we were able to close. I would also like to give a shout out to Tyler with 757. As well as Tracie with the title company. My husband and I were coming out of a chapter 13 bankruptcy and wanted to move to be in a better school district.
